Yale offers I.C.E. Lift Trucks that are manufactured and engineered to specific specifications to be suitable for certain applications in a variety of industries. These lift trucks use Yale in-line, 4 cylinder Mazda engines, either 2.0 or 2.2L units and GM engines in 4.3L and 2.4L capacities. These types of engines are really efficient, durable and really powerful. They have been proven for both reliability and performance.
Yale's innovative engineering and design have produced Hi-Vis Masts. These masts have rapidly gained a reputation for being very well built while also providing unsurpassed visibility. All components are made to offer great performance and long-life, low-maintenance capabilities.
The pneumatic I.C.E. Forklifts produced by Yale are made and designed to operate in some of the harshest environments and most challenging industries. For example, the Yale GP-VX Series features rugged 6 cylinder and 4 cylinder Yanmar, Mazda, Cummins and GM engines, available in gasoline, diesel and LPG units. These particular engines are application proven for providing remarkable reliability and overall performance.
Yale's Techtronix is another excellent product that electronically controls the transmission to provide better durability and performance. Yale Hi-Vis mast incorporates innovative engineering and design, solid construction and superior visibility. All components are manufactured to offer exceptional performance while offering extended, low-maintenance life.
Narrow Aisle Critical Components Reach Assembly & Carriage
Both the carriage and reach assembly on a narrow aisle truck will go through considerable amounts of stress during a full shift. The high durability of these components is completely essential in order to assure that the forklift maintains high production levels. Yale reach mechanisms are particularly designed using heavy-duty components so as to extend total durability and long life of the parts. For more durability, the reach assembly is cushioned at the end of the stroke. This design feature helps to provide exceptional durability and maintain operator ergonomics. Superior visibility is maintained by the open carriage design that provides optimal house routing.
Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
The Reach Assembly Rear Carrier is mounted on angled load rollers in order to force durability and rigidity by resisting side to side forces. The inner frame assembly provides a stronger inner frame. This design is made to withstand vibration and shocks in load handling. There are many thick inner frame side weldments especially made for added durability.
